1) Starting school can be a difficult time for children, every child is hesitant to go new places or to meet new people . It is necessary to remove his hesitation as quick as possible. For this parents should encourage their child to share his/her time spent in school with friends & teachers and talk about classroom topics with them.
2) Set a regular time table and stick to it. This will help children to complete their home work on time as well as they will get time for extra activities as well.
3) Decide on breakfast for the next morning in advance and make it a healthy one. Give sufficient time for taking breakfast and in proper quantity. This has to be keep in mind that health is most important.
4) Similarly prepare a healthy lunch and put it in school bag. Try to avoid junk foods
5) Pick out the school uniform (Shirt,Trouser, tie, belt, ID card, shoes, shocks etc.) at night.
6) Get school bag ready at night, check pencil sharpener,eraser, books, copies, etc. are kept in school bag properly.
7) Use a alarm clock to wake – up in the morning.
8) Always keep plenty of book around them so that they feel books as their friends.
9) Parents involvement in school is important, talk to school teachers regularly and know about your childs development. Its in the your own hand to make child confident and smart.
